Enter the Customer ID to anonymize their personal data (name, email, phone, date of birth). This action is irreversible. The customer's billing and reservation history is retained for legal and financial compliance.

Data Retention Policy

Billing & Financial Records — kept for 7 years per IRS requirements. Charges, invoices, and refund records are preserved.

Reservation History — retained for 3 years for insurance and dispute purposes.

Personal Identifiable Information — name, email, phone number, and date of birth are anonymized immediately upon deletion request.

Driver's License Photos — removed from S3 storage within 30 days.
